If the product you received has defects, damage, or is incorrect, we guarantee a full refund.
In case of wrong size , it is possible to make a return, however the shipping and return costs will be paid by the customer, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Refund and return policy
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the following conditions:

Shipping cost

Refund process

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, if the product is damaged or incorrect, otherwise the refund will be issued via coupon with a value equivalent to the order amount.
